Schindler expanded and relocated its office to Puri Indah, Jakarta with state-of-the-art training facilities, reaffirms a clear commitment to customer excellence.
Schindler, a leading global lift and escalator company, today announced the opening of its largest Integrated Knowledge Center in Southeast Asia, incorporating state-of-the-art training facilities to their 4,000 meter square office building in Puri Indah.
Schindler demonstrates its commitment to the training and development of its workforce in Indonesia with setup of the Training Centre branded as Schindler’s Knowledge Center. The Knowledge Center is equipped with 3 training shafts, 9 training rooms and various training simulators to cater to the training needs of its 800 employees.
The trailblazing ‘Knowledge Center’ is a one-of-a-kind place to encourage employees to continuously develop their personal skills and professional competency, in view of the need to adapt constantly to the changing operating environment.
Schindler has also integrated several innovative break-out areas more commonly seen in Startup workplaces in the design of its new office. The fun and open spaces promotes a working environment with a focus on collaboration and team spirit.
