PT Berca Schindler Lifts (PT BSL) named as Indonesia’s ‘HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018’ by HR Asia. This award recognized PT BSL’s outstanding performance in people-centric approach. Ministry of Manpower the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Hanif Dhakiri presented the award to Mr. Thibaut Le Chatelier, President Director of PT BSL on Friday, 4th May 2018 during the Award Ceremony at JW Marriott Hotel in Jakarta.
7,320 employees from total 210 companies across Indonesia participated in the HR Best Companies to Work for in Asia Survey. This survey was also done in 7 other markets across Asia in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Judged by an independent panel of industry experts, academics, journalists, and government representatives, guided by an Employee Selection Guide to take the HR Asia Employee Input Survey™ (EIS). The EIS addresses issue of engagement, motivation, and advocacy using a 5-point scoring scale. Various other key points from each company were also taken into account, to obtain as accurate a result as possible.
